We started using InstaJob lite around September 2022 and I can honestly say it’s been a god send to have, for us we have used the software for areas in which we didn’t have a big network of subcontract engineers and it has really helped us out. With its ability to reach multiple engineers at the push of a button it has really saved us a lot of time that would have ordinarily been spent ringing, emailing and bargaining to get a project booked in. Its very easy to use whether it be adding a single or multiple vehicle project and the automatic notifications means our customers are kept up to speed every step of the way. We were in the market for a job management system when we got introduced to Lee from InstaJob, Since January 2023 we have worked very closely with InstaJob and been clear on the features we required from a software. To say they have gone above and beyond would be an understatement, We operate in many European countries so to be provided a software that can be in their native language was a must for us. With our old way of working, it would take us 15/20 Minutes to book one job with the various spreadsheets and standalone applications but now with just a few clicks around the software we are averaging 3 minutes to add and book a job.
